Someone is going in for the time capsule. That would be the only way to do it “discreetly “. When they level it for “safety”. My first thought is the 6 foot depth of the time capsule. People are what typically get buried six feet deep. I’m curious as heck to know what the time capsule is/what it contains.
My thought is it’s planned so they can build a bigger better more updated version with a more hidden way to put sacrificial blood in the top
