This appears to be a hoax orchestrated by the Biden administration, Democrats and their coconspirators in order to justify replacing local police departments with other kinds of law enforcement that are paid for and controlled by enemies of the US. Since Biden and his supporters ultimately want to imprison Americans, they need to employ troops that will act against Americans rather than protect Americans which is what ‘defund the police’ is all about.
