This short news story covers many reasons why Top Gun Maverick is a box office sensation – and deservedly so.

Maverick is undoubtable going to set several box office records and for very good reason.

I can’t remember the last theater experience where I had this much fun and was so emotionally engaged. I laughed I cried. I have talked with several people whose theater had minute(s) long standing ovation at the conclusion. It is really that good.

Hollywood makes a lot of crap but this movie does EVERYTHING right. Incredible edge of the seat action with very little CGI while also telling an amazing story that works on many different levels.

This film is actually anti-woke. It is the first movie/show I’ve seen in a very long time that doesn’t portray all of America and all white males as evil, idiot morons that are the scourge of the planet.

There is a strong female character beautifully played by the actress who is “one of the guys” while still being a woman and is not elevated above the men just because she is a woman.

There is no ageism in this movie either. The “old guy” uses his experience and wisdom to teach the young guns (super talented and arrogant but necessary arrogance due to the nature of the job they perform) in ways they could not even fathom in the beginning.

Not one character has a false note or takes away from the momentum that just keeps building. Even the “bad guy” commander is not really a villain at all because he believes he is doing the right thing and one could correctly argue he is.

There is a bit of a propaganda element to the movie but it really isn’t that much and I didn’t find it distracting at all. There are real world military elements that are handled smartly and realistically.

The only question I have about Maverick is how it packs so much humanity into the story when the people who created it have a very questionable amount of it due to the things they have done to get to the place on the pyramid they exist.

Do yourself a favor and see this in IMAX – forget about the concerns of the world for a couple hours and let hollywood do what is does best when it works – take you on a magic carpet ride. You will be in a better mood than when you went in guaranteed. I was buzzing for 2 days.

What do you think?

If it’s a good movie then ok. But Tom Cruise is one of those actors where I can’t stand looking at his face for long periods of time. I don’t mind looking at him when he was much younger but his eyes now are completely soulless and it’s very creepy.

Tom Cruise was replaced/cloned multiple times.

This movie is just military propaganda to hype Americans to go to war. I won’t be surprised if it was financed by CIA like Zero Dark Thirty.

This movie is a recruiting tool for the military just like the first one. The U.S. government actually paid Tom Cruise to make these movies for them. Recruiters are actually standing around the movie theaters recruiting people who see the movie. It is complete propaganda!

notice that the movie didn’t show the satanists, pedophiles and transvestites who are in charge of the military these days who send naive, young men and women to their deaths while defending oil and poppy fields for the 1%. The U.S. military doesn’t die defending Americans. They die defending the satanic globalists and their heroin!

I don’t think there is anything wrong with inspiring young people to want to become military pilots. It is an amazing job. Knowing the truth about the world doesn’t mean you should become nihilistic and think there is no point in trying to have a good life and achieve stuff if you want to.
