Hogg is FBI. He outed himself on a “Blair Witch-esque” video a collaborator filmed of him, supposedly hiding and terrified during the Parkland shooting, but perfectly confident when he determined unilaterally it was then safe to leave his hiding place. He identified himself automatically at one point to ease his walking through a gathering crowd.
So he admits they are planning their next shooting. Let’s guess it will be a male living or left from a military base, maybe mkultra, who had trouble with the law and is on some kind of mind altering drugs given by a state funded psycho gist.
