Is it time for wall to wall news coverage and a multimillion dollar investigation?

Sounds kind of insurrectiony. US Capitol Police arrest Stephen Colbert staffers at House office building, charged with illegal entry (www.foxnews.com)

So they could say, “Look, we arrest people evenhandedly here!” because people are furious that an actually peaceful protest, invited by Capital Police, has ended in political prisoners being held indefinitely without trial and ludicrously harsh sentencing, while burning, looting mobs have been bailed out by leftists in power and not punished whatsoever. The fact this is clearly farce is meant to be insulting.
I guess solitary confinement for a year and a half is in order.
FOX were in this up to the neck, so of couse they’d float this ludicrous distraction. Were Colbert’s crew threatening to murder Mike Pence? Did they kill and injure security personnel? Cause significant property damage? Leave lawmakers and their families terrorised in fear for their lives? Seek to overthrow an election and organise a coup d’etat? Defecate like baboons throughout the building?
Can we try to be a bit serious?
Lol nobody was threatening to kill anyone. Were you actually unnerved by a bunch of boomers taking selfies? Do you believe everything Big Brother tells you? Somehow I doubt that you call out the Black Panther Party for invading the California Capital Building in 1967, or the crybabies occupying the Hart Senate Offices during the Kavanaugh temper tantrums, or the perennially unemployed, sexually confused losers of Antifa burning down minority owned businesses, assaulting citizens and setting up illegal roadblocks. Or what about the recent attempt on Kavanaugh’s life?
Maybe you should try to be a bit serious instead of being someone whose opinions are prepared for them beforehand by the talking heads on TV. Orwell was writing cautionary tales, not how-to’s.
No. No. No. No. No. And no. And neither did most of the people who were in the Capitol January 6th. The majority of arrests were for “unlawful parading”.
Adam Schiff, chair of the intelligence committee, helped Colbert’s crew sneak into the Capitol where they tried to break into lawmakers’ offices. Not much different than Watergate.
