Although doctors and multiple prosecutors are on the case, no one knows who is behind the spiking attacks, why they are happening or whether the victims have been injected with drugs – or indeed any substance at all.

Mabey! The “official version” of the outbreak whether true or not does say it came from a festival in Spain. Wonder if there are reports of it there as well🤔

I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s a government experiment like MKUltra, when they would drug random folks and watch what happened to them. With social media being so prevalent, you don’t need to follow them in person anymore, you can track them online and read Facebook posts, etc.
