He’s on the list. The list not leaking is him rubbing everyone’s nose in this fact. It’s like a huge joke to him.

I think many bigwigs in the DOJ would be reluctant to incriminate themselves by releasing the list since they’re likely on it. Not to mention many in Congress and plenty of extremely wealthy people that will fight tooth and nail to keep the list out of the public eye. They can hide for now, but they’ll pay for these sick crimes eventually, cuz you reap what you sow.
