When there is more than one method of killing involved, especially three (strangling, hanging and shooting) it seems like a ritual sacrifice. And he was found at Heifer International. I dont know anything specifically negative about them but they are on a list of international “Big Charity” entities that some charity ranking organizations say they can’t recommend, for reasons ranging from potential mistreatment of animals to concerns that the very reason for the charity is more about happy marketing to donors than actually being helpful.
