CIA is pumping crack cocaine to Black neigborhoods and fentanyl (weaker opioids untill 2018) to suburbs, its well known fact, they have been doing this since late 70s, their “war on drugs” is exactly the same as their “war on terror” …THEY are the main cause of drug epidemics same as the world terrorism
you do not need an alcohol swab for smoking crack ffs…thats for intravenous use. Just shows how clueless they are. How is sharing a crack pipe and HIV risk?
You can transfer the viruses or bacteria through cuts on the lips and mouth, you can get aids sharing coke straws, if both of you have any broken skin inside the nose. Learned it in nursing school
I highly doubt these folks are wiping off the pipe with the alcohol swab before passing it.
