I watched this in the cinema the other week it was the film’s 35th anniversary.
As an awakening adult the viewing was different from when I was a kid and even just a few years ago. Metaphorically speaking RoboCop is mixing iron (or whatever material) with clay first of all. Secondly how the cops employ these gangs to run riot in the streets all a set up. Not saying it’s a definite thing but it wouldn’t surprise me if it were the case.
