The man who has numerus world records in strength competitions carried 1,224 pounds 33 feet to set one of them says his strength improved dramatically after becoming vegan. Another ultra marathoner, who set the record for completing the Appalachian Trail in the shortest amount of time is vegan.
The notion that animal protein is necessary to build strength and endurance is pure bubkis.
Numerus other high performing athletes attest that their athletic performance skyrocketed after removing animals from their foods consumed.
Beyond the health aspects is a frequency component. One of the foundational rules to the game we are currently playing which we could call ‘Being human on the planet Earth’ is there are severe energetic consequences to eating the animals.
The movie Noah illustrates this point very well. It is the biblical story of Noah’s Arc including the story of Cain and Abel. Abel was noble and Cain was evil. Cain only became murderous after becoming the first human in history to start eating the animals.
Frequency cannot be raised when eating the animals. This goes for ALL animals including the ones in the sea and insects.
Being vegan is not necessary only removing the animals.
Intentionally killing any animal for any reason or consuming one is of a low vibration.
Nothing can harm the real you. Although this world can seem horribly terrifying the real you is pure creative energy that has always been and always will be.
Those who choose not to raise their frequency or dimension, the words are interchangeable, will exit this game in a rather unpleasant manner.

We and all the animals were created as plant eaters, read Genesis in the Bible. The first death on earth did not happen until Adam and Eve sinned and animals were killed for their skin so Adam and Eve could hide their nakedness, a horrible consequence. (This is not merely a myth btw, the Bible is the most historically backed up book in existence.) Meat eating came at some point later with God placing many restrictions on how it was to be done, read Leviticus, and then in the New Testament restrictions were done away with. I think we have adapted to eating meat, but like so much else it was not part of the original plan, and it will once again return to that when the earth is made new someday (read revelation). The book of Daniel also talks about Daniel proving to the captors of the Israelites that he and his friends were stronger eating only vegetables and water, and got the king to force all the other elite young men to do the same. That said, vegans today are often extremely unhealthy and our food is extremely depleted of all nutrition, so it can be very difficult for anyone to attempt to eat that way. Even growing your own food in soil you have worked on for years is probably not enough. I think most people cannot even try to do this, because they will not be eating the right things and will not be getting enough nutrients. I grew up eating no red meat, but have found that adding beef into my diet has helped me tremendously with iron deficiency in a way vegetables and supplements do not. There’s something to that. I do not believe the propaganda about meat eating being the worst thing you can do, because this is all part of the satanic agenda ruling the world right now, and they are full steam ahead on trying to turn people into bug eating cannibals. There is strong evidence that this beyond meat crap they’re pushing has aborted baby components and actual meat in it, of what sort nobody knows. So, I think this is a more complicated subject than you present here, and do be careful not to buy into the cult’s manipulation regarding meat or climate change or any other hoax.

Thank you. This is crucial information for full-spectrum, living, breathing men and women (and their children) to embrace NOW in order to “get right” with The Creator. When my husband and I stopped eating animal flesh — and their stolen eggs (future children) and milk/dairy products (their babies’ food) — our lives changed in a beautiful way. We are no longer burdened with unconscious guilt for participating in the suffering and death of living, sentient beings.
Many people argue that plants, too, have sentience. I do agree that plants have divine design, but I disagree that they are truly “sentient” based on the fact that they do not move around of their own accord on land, in the air, or through water.
Yes, it is sad that plants have to die in order for us to survive, but given the alternative — eating animals — Imma stick with plants.

The new age kundalini rising ascension path is one of the biggest traps out there that has suckered a lot of people. The only true way to ‘ascend’ is to take personal responsibility for everything in life and do the hard work of dealing with all the trauma – which is a BIG job. Human beings are, by their fundamental nature, omnivorous. The massive expansion of the human brain required millions of years of consumption of fish (Omega fatty acids) and animal proteins; the cerebral energy and vitamin requirements are just too great to survive in the wild eating no animal products in the wild.

It isn’t that complicated – I go to my local farmers market buy fresh fruits and vegetables and eat them with rice, pasta, gnocchi, put them on pizza. It tastes fantastic. If you wish to know my personal diet, every winter I hunt one large game male animal with a composite bow and arrow I manufacture, and clean it according to kosher. It provides plenty of meat for an entire six months of winter. I also patron small local, Kosher or Halal farmers for cheese, eggs, and some avian meat, and fish in the warmer months, or patron small local fisheries. This is much preferable to being dependent on enormous corporations for my food supply, which they are poisoning.

That you feel better after having become vegetarian may be the result of multiple factors, other than the conclusion that all humans can only raise their vibration by eliminating all meat from their diet: a) you improved your overall diet once you became health conscious b) you consumed less excess calories and changed your eating patterns throughout the day c) you have a medical or genetic condition that makes it difficult for your specific morphology to digest meat properly d) you became more health conscious and incorporated overall healthier habits and lifestyle changes e) you reduced your exposure to harmful chemicals and hormones than when you ingested large corporate farmers products f) you increased the variety of fruits, vegetables, seeds and nuts, thus creating more bioavailability of critical vitamins and nutrients in your diet.

In the mean time a I would like to make 3 quick points;
The pandemic made it crystal clear how co-opted and controlled medical science is. For the first year one man controlled the entire narrative through his financial channels and through their massive media channels.
The only “science” that came out for an entire year was that funded by Anthony Fauci and the NIH. It was almost entirely lies – some initial truth was followed with all lies and propaganda.
The scientists don’t even have to be cabal – they only have to be greedy and of low moral character willing to trade scientific data for government funding. Many of them would not have a job if not for grant funding provided by the NIH and similar organizations – they bank roll an enormous amount of “science”.
Then after a year some real data was collected. When real data started being reported by independent doctors what happened? Many were stripped of their license, they were silenced booted off social media and openly mocked and derided by mainstream media.
When they want to control the narrative bad enough they will go to get lengths to make it happen and have powerful ways of doing so.
The second point I want to make is my own personal experience getting off meat. What struck me more than anything is the physically addictive quality it had over me. For at least 3 months probably 4 months I had uncontrollable urges for animal protein. So much so that I ate more cheese in those first few months than the previous 3 years combined.
I was very determined, it was extremely difficult and uncomfortable, but I persevered and my urges subsided. Now I eat some cheese but not a lot. I eat some eggs but WAY fewer than I used to. Drinking animal milk is disgusting to me now it created a ton of phlegm. I much prefer the taste of oat milk. I do use a lot of butter and I love sour cream.
The key to making vegetables taste great is to use a ton of seasoning and herbs many of which have tremendous health properties. Once I got the meat out I began to desire food I never thought twice about before. Like artichokes, olives of all kinds, sauerkraut, kombucha, jalapenos which are loaded with vitamin C. Once getting the meat out I am much better able to hear what my body needs for nutrition – I find I’m eating foods I never ate before.
So yes my diet changed dramatically once getting the meat out.
Something that is supposedly “good” for you ought not have such an addictive quality. It is an enormous red flag – what in life that is extremely addictive has ever turned out to be really good for you?
Lastly, I don’t think anyone would argue that Stanley Kubrick was initiated and often revealed elite practices and occult knowledge in his movies.
Eyes Wide Shut is well documented; satanic rituals, mind control, the routine practice of covering up murders of sex slaves through their police and media channels.

Then the obelisk appears. What immediately transpires after is one of the apes uses a thick skeletal bone to first kill and eat one of the tapirs sharing it with the rest of the clan. Then he uses it to murder one of the competing clan members at the watering hole.
I suggest to you Kubrick is clearly telling us the obelisks are a magic spell that turned man from peaceful plant eaters in harmony with the Earth and each other, into murdering meat eaters deeply at odds with nature and each other. Killing and eating the animals turns humans into beasts – this gives THEM every justification to treat us like animals that need to be controlled and manipulated and killed at their discretion.
Making the conscious decision to stop killing and eating the animals removes The Mark of the Beast taking away all their power to manipulate and kill.

You mentioned that before you ate meat 3 times a day, which is extreme and deleterious, and now that you eat some eggs and cheese to supplement a much more highly varied and nutritionally diverse diet. The fact that people can be vegan, and eat absolutely no animal protein, and still hold world records in strength, endurance, speed etc shows animal protein is completely unnecessary for great health. I have some animal protein (never meat it is truly repulsive to me now) but my desire for it shrinks over time.
The fact meat is so addictive is clear evidence it is not healthy. Eating meat 3 times a day is a pretty average number for a large portion of the world. Even once a day is too many. Even once a week or year or ever.

As a vigilant citizen, looking at the funding sources of a piece of rhetoric, and their vested interests, can help you increase yur discernment as to the veracity and potentital conflicts of interest of that rhetorical artifact. ie. What would you say to this; it is not that we are being prepared for simulation. It is that we are being told we already are in a simulation. Saturn would be “reality” with the spellcasting dragons. Earth life would be the “simulation” where the spells play out. Saturn is where the pods are.

I have been off all meat for 3.5 years and truly never felt better. And I eat vegan meat frequently.

Turn off the tv especially the news – it’s called ‘programming’ for a reason. Social media too
Excessive junk food / sugar
Ways to help raise your frequency in addition to being meatless;
Creative Visualization – this is a most powerful skill lost from childhood
Having a great attitude with gratitude – find something to feel grateful about
Being mindful of thoughts and self correcting every time negative streams begin
Meditation / conscious energy building
Sungazing – when UV levels are 2 or below it is safe to look at the sun
Breathing exercises – Wim Hof Method is a good one his book is excellent
Tree hugging – the Earth has boundless energy. Get into nature and often
Cold water plunges/showers which reset the Vagus nerve

Me, I get random complements from strangers how great my skin looks. People think I’m 10 years younger than I am. I haven’t been sick in years – never got Covid even when my girlfriend had it. I rarely ever use deodorant because I no longer have body odor. I have more energy and sustained energy with no mid day crashes than I did 20 years ago. But you’re probably right it’s just a placebo.

That is a great story. It is sometimes surprising how clueless the allopathic medical profession is about a lot of things. In alternative healing one of the first things many doctors will do is stop feeding their patients meat. Learning to self heal is the way to go in my opinion.

Why are you using the movie Noah as an example as though it’s scripture? It was written by an atheist with the express intention of being blasphemous. If you read the Bible, you’ll see that Cain brought vegetables while Abel brought meat. Abel didn’t eat it as it was forbidden at the time, but later, Noah was told by God that eating meat was OK. Even further, the Israelites were commanded to eat meat in their festivals. If eating meat was bad for us, God would have told us not to, so you simply cannot use the Bible as your reason for pushing veganism on us.
I stumbled on the movie last year and decided to watch it because I like Russel Crowe as an actor and I wanted to see what they were peddling.
To my pleasant surprise they actually showed the dramatic truth of the energetic consequences of meat eating.

I’m not pushing veganism on anyone. First of all I said removing the animal meat is necessary to start raising frequency – that is vegetarianism. Veganism/vegetarianism is very much a fad for a lot of people – political correctness nonsense. They are trying to push an agenda and force people to believe what they do.

All those foods you mentioned are highly processed which aren’t tremendous choices. I love the taste of fruits and vegetables I just use some seasonings, garlic, artichokes, peppers, tomatoes its delicious. I can eat fruit all day its so good.
When I make meat for my dog it often makes my stomach flip – completely lost the taste for it not even the least bit tempted. I also know the damage it does.

Plant based meats are a very safe and effective aid in the difficult transition off real meat
I can practically guarantee the conspiracy theory that plant based meat has real meat or even baby parts in it has zero truth to it here’s why; All of their power comes through people making conscious choices for their own demise. David Icke coined the term “problem, reaction solution” They create a catastrophic problem, people react with a tremendous amount of fear, then they offer the solution which invariably comes down to choosing between freedom vs security. Fearful people will always make the choice for fake security ie more control, choosing to give up their personal freedom which is how they have been incrementally taking total control for a long time.
Hiding meat in plant based products would remove the conscious choice. People would be tricked into the frequency destroying choice of eating animals which takes away all their power around it. Intention is very powerful – if you accidently eat a bug in your vegetables this is not counted against you as it was an unintentional accident.
However, when it was discovered that McDonalds was putting pink slime in their hamburger meat (https://www.nbcnews.com/news/us-news/mcdonalds-drops-use-gooey-ammonia-based-pink-slime-hamburger-meat-flna1c6435956) this was within the rules as people had already made the frequency destroying choice to eat the animal.
What is far more likely is they would create a lot of fear around the products by planting conspiracy theories that make people less likely to choose them over animal meat. Putting baby parts in it is a classic example of fear mongering conspiracies to influence people away from the better choice. I am also noticing one-eye symbology around plant based products now as well. It would do them no good once so ever to trick people into eating meat when they thought they were eating plants.
Plant based meats are very safe and also very helpful in the most difficult transition off real meat. With that being said I stay away from all the highly processed vegan meats like vegan “chicken fingers” and all those. Any highly processed foods have little to no nutritional value.
The talk about creating a lab meat they are supposedly struggling to make now I wouldn’t touch that stuff with a 10 meter cattle prod. That will be some kind of Frankenstein concoction almost guaranteed to be horrible for consumption.

Getting the meat out does not make everything sunshine and rainbows although it is essential to being able to do the rest of what is necessary. It is still a lot of work. Constantly monitoring your thoughts (many of which are not your own), self correcting, dealing with the subconscious shadow-self and all the trauma of this experience is an enormous job. The subconscious is the single biggest impediment we face in True Awakening.
Jung said “Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate”.
The dark corners and angry/fear places is what keep us shackled. The process of knowing thyself and all the wounding that has occurred over eons of “time” is where power and redemption lie. It can feel like a grind sometimes and there are some miserable days but the hard work is so worth it.
I realized the reason I came to Vigilant Links was to pay forward what I learned from another. I spent the last 3.5 years figuring out for myself if what I learned was Truth or not. If being meatless had poor health consequences I would have shown some sign by now – on the contrary I keep feeling better and better. The movie Apacalypto directed by Mel Gibson is a truly remarkable and incredible film depicting the final days of the Mayan civilization. The movie depicts the Mayan descent into a blood bath of madness. They had their “League of Shadows” reckoning or balancing as depicted in Batman Begins. Once a civilization reaches the pinnacle of its existence the League of Shadows comes back to restore the balance.
