He was, at one point, married and that marriage produced a daughter who is now in NXT (WWE developmental). From what I gather on posts in wrestling forums, it seems that she has a lot more contact with mer mom/his ex wife and the young lady’s paternal grandmother (Rock’s mom). Hopefully this means she has had a normal childhood. Based on what is public, she seems pretty grounded and doesn’t do most of the MK crap we see on here.

I don’t think it was his dad. It is more of his mother’s side. She, and by extension Dwayne, are part of a large Samoan wrestling family that includes Roman Reigns, the Usos, and others. The WWE always played that up more than the Rock’s dad.
I don’t disagree with anything else you said. Seems pretty spot on, and I wonder if that isn’t why other wrestlers didn’t find the success Rock and Cena have in Hollyweird.

I liked the Rock until I heard him in an interview joke that he ‘liked to eat babies’. Everyone laughed. But I sat there stunned and shocked, that’s when I realized he sold his soul and was part of the Hollywood’s Elite, satanic, adrenochrome sickos.
