This reads like a satirical article mocking conspiracy theorists. I’m certain it is.
In any case, this reminds me of an X-Files episode, where a black gooey substance possesses people.
“Conspiracy theory” is actually just spoiler alerts. Foreshadowing is what the sociopathic social engineers do. IMO black goo is another bioweapon… not at all sure how – or how many ways – it’s being used against Humanity… yet.
Remember, they’re desperate & running out of tricks; Humanity is waking up – instead of expiring – en mass.

Its in the Pfizer and Moderna MRNA vaccines supposedly. Flip on that 5G and then broadcast thoughts into people’s minds by 5G activating the graphen oxide in a large part of the population!
The black goo exists in much more tv shows and films. To me it’s predictive programming about graphen oxyde.
