The Economist "World Ahead" 2025 cover

“The new cover of The Economist always sparks significant intrigue and speculation, particularly among those who understand the publication’s annual cover is a form of predictive programming or coded messaging about the year ahead.

The 2025 cover, featuring a minimalist, highly symbolic design, includes several elements that observers have linked to themes of globalist control, technocracy, and societal transformation.”

Woah the colour.

You seen the Pokémon Go news from Lunduke? I mean they’re just telling us now?

Rosey and Hetty, can you fill me in on this? I’m oblivious to it.

It reminds of the Economist covers from the 60s and it gives out the general vibe of those years. The bottom photo is the portrait of Jane Austen, whose writings are nowadays dragged into “modern” debates on race, gender, colonialism, slavery, on whether she was a liberal critic of those practices and institutions or a conservative apologist for them.

Looks like one of those signposts anyone would see in “1984”.

I’ve looked at the past covers and they don’t predict very much. Except for a few things. So most likely I do not think this years cover is anaccurate prediction of what’s to come in 2025. Zelinski dies, Ukraine war hoax comes to an end. The arrows may mean to rotate the photo, where saturn is on it’s side then bottom. Polar shift has been talked about alot this year. Upside down the sand clock is almost out of time. Cracks in the ice cube, or cracks in the system are showing. The syringe upside down looks like a dynamite detonator, maybe an explosion will happen. EV auto industry could be belly up, or bankrupt. Brain patch circut board, Squares with one showing static may mean television or cell phones go offline. Commie hand and brick walls could mean 15 minute cities to keep people from traveling. Trump dollar signs, chart arrow or Satans tail. Three chinese symbols or broken crosses.end to religions. Not much came from the older covers but I guess we will find out.

Why does Putin look like he’s fused with George W Bush?
The future is eerie indeed.
