The US Army has finally rolled out a terminator style robot in the carnage test-bed that is the middle-east.

The Army has sent at least one “robot dog” armed with an artificial intelligence-enabled gun turret to the Middle East for testing as a fresh counter-drone capability for U.S. service members, service officials confirmed.
Photos published to the Defense Visual Information Distribution Service last week show a Ghost Robotics Vision 60 Quadrupedal-Unmanned Ground Vehicle, or Q-UGV, armed with what appears to be an AR-15/M16-pattern rifle on rotating turret undergoing “rehearsals” at the Red Sands Integrated Experimentation Center in Saudi Arabia in mid-September as part of a recent counter-unmanned aerial system exercise.

I mean its a perfect opportunity to test it in a perfect environment. Who cares if the robot kills an innocent arab in the middle of nowhere; if it does, just dump the body somewhere in the desert and make some changes to the AI software then move on. Take 2!
I wonder how they will call it back to base – whistling?

That is the creepiest looking robot I’ve ever seen
Heinz, if you haven’t seen these dog-bots from BD in action, you don’t even know what level these things take the creep factor to.
The smaller ones are the worst. Insects that can take you down with heart attack, driving you insane or exploding everything etc. Now they’re working on ai merged brains of insect and animal, it works, they can make a car cross the road, a dog jump off a cliff, an owner shoot his dog. They have invisibility cloaking material since the early 2ks. Let’s not forget the micro DNA changing flying particles that you can inhale. I’m guessing most of it is inherited from ancient tech.
Ok, this kind of looks like Terminator is not a movie anymore – another futuristic ,,ideal,, turning to reality. From the same crappy science fiction/horror series we.ve already had some deadly viruses (although maybe not yet THE virus), A.I working it.s magic on people, people identifying as dogs, cats, fish…, under the skin chips, manipulated cataclisms… . I guess the ,,alien invasion,, and ,,I am legend,, are coming next.
