Its called aging. The extreme tanning accelerates skin aging. Frankly, this is better than having too much fillers etc.. she could go for a pcos threadlift for her smile lines but she may not have enough money

It’s clear that they are using deepfakes to impersonate Britney with all her ridiculous dance videos on Instagram. I tried posting a YouTube link but it was not approved – you can look it up (titled “AI Britney!?! Is that YOU!?“) and see that when her hands passes over her eyes the deepfake momentarily drops.
There is certainly a huge financial incentive to do this. Don’t even need the artist anymore. They likely own her likeness.
