I think “hoe” in this context refers to the sound horse riders and farmers use to make the animal stop.
That’s traditionally “Whoa!” in English, but you could be right.
Original Definition
“Hoe”
noun:
a long-handled gardening tool with a thin metal blade, used mainly for weeding and breaking up soil.
“loosen the dry soil with a hoe”
Modern Definition
“Ho” or “Hoe”
noun:
a prostitute.
Interesting…it looks like they are telling kids not to play the Ouija board because it’s says hoe don’t do it, goodbye, and it says no no instead of yes no in the corners. Though it says it’s a yes no pin in the caption. I’m surprised. I don’t really know what to think about this one. I am skeptical though.

Explained: hoe don’t do it meme:
This meme comes from a Vine that was posted on 1 January 2015 by user D1kwame.
The meme typically follows this format:m
1: hoe don’t do it
2: (does something)
1: oh my god
This is the kind of lowbrow stuff that’s being pushed on ‘‘em these days. You shouldn’t really be that surprised.
Ouija board is a board for spiritualistic sessions for summoning the souls of the dead.(с) – for kids??
