I’m not anything close to an expert, but if you think about it it doesn’t take one to understand what’s happening. What does testosterone do to a man, makes him aggressive, dominating and muscular. What is a woman from the time she is born, nurturing, caring, agreeable. When she goes through puberty she is physically becoming ready to be a mother where all of her natural instincts have been maturing to raise a child. Now have her take testosterone in which all of her natural tendencies are in complete conflict with her brain chemistry and what do you end up with? An out of control hyper aggressive, deranged and angry individual.
I would also like to point out that the male-to-female trans people are on massive amount of estrogen and have LOW testosterone. Why do I bring this up? Well, because studies have shown that LOW T causes and aggravates depression and mood swings:

So now you have a person who is already struggling mentally, who now goes on not only T suppression therapy, but takes female hormones. Tack on SSRI’s which have been shown to increase suicidal ideation, and you have the perfect recipe for disaster.
