This is all propaganda to justify digital id. Abbot is working with Biden and the WEF to justify digital id in your mind so you accept enslavement of digital id. You will only be considered to be a citizen if you have digital id which, of course, means that illegal immigrants with digital id will be considered to be citizens while citizens who do not accept digital id will not be considerd to be citizens. In fact, if you refuse digital id then you will be considered to be illegal and therefore imprisoned.
