This is Xiongan City, one of the world’s largest construction sites.
The CCP is building it to be a “15-minute city”.
They plan to relocate ≈4 million people from Beijing to Xiongan under a mixed system of both voluntary and coercive measures.

Knowing how China cuts corners whenever and wherever possible, I fully expect this city to be a full blown nightmare filled with brittle buildings made of bad quality concrete, faux (not connected) fire hydrants, no adequate sewer system and so on. That would be a bad bad place to live.

And every apartment will have a built in masterlock overide to lock you out…or in. Remember the start of Covid, and the Chinese wailing and throwing themseves from their apartment towers?
