You can see that Alan Trist, a social engineer for the Tavistock Institute, became the shadow manager of the Dead. His father, Eric Trist, was one of the principle founding members of Tavistock.
It was part of the development of a dynamic psychological warfare model to be used on foreign and domestic populations, modeled, ultimately, on the Lord Gordon Riots in London and the Jacobin Terror of the French Revolution. I agree that the article seems to draw the wrong conclusions about these billionaire foundations’ control over cultural institutions, such as music. The goal wasn’t to create a revolution against the state. If anything, their strategy resulted in more power for the permanent state and the bureaucrats that control it, since the are controlled by those billionaires.
The goal was to encourage evil to spread throughout society like wildfire and to create divisions between people in order to further their divide and conquer strategy. The cabal promotes both sides of every division, controlling those sides to limit the unintended consequences. Then, they profit from the chaos caused while gaining more power for themselves and the agencies they use to abuse their power (intell, the fed, foundations, NGOs, fbi, multinational corps, etc). The US’s steep tragectory/incline for greatness was solely do to it’s free will obedience to the God of the bible. Everyone here needs to read a book called Weird Scenes Inside the Canyon by David McGowan. It fully chronicles the entire Laurel Canyon music scene and it’s manufactured rebellion against the Vietnam war. Most of the artists were children of military personnel.
For example, Jim Morrison never had much interest in playing music let alone really listening to music. Once the war started, this rockstar persona emerged with all these songs written and was propped up as yet another voice of anti war sentiment. After the war ended, he faded away into obscurity. This all sounds coincidental until you also find out that his father was George Stephen Morrison. A United States Navy rear admiral and naval aviator who was on the USS Maddox at the scene of the The Gulf of Tonkin incident. (This incident TRIGGERED the Vietnam war)
I would never say Jim Morrison “faded away”, he OD’ed pretty much at the top of his success. LA Woman was the last album the band did as a foursome, released 2 months before he died.

You know what I got my timeline wrong on that. Been a while since I read the book and looking the details up he died even while the war was going on. But his musical knowledge was extremely limited prior to The Doors being formed and of course his dads military ties.

I am a 70-year-old Boomer and I tend to agree with this article. When I was growing up, it was what I call “The Donna Reed” family structure. Mother stayed home while father went to work, etc. After The Beatles were introduced to the U.S. A., everything started to change (I lived in Flushing, Queens at the time and could hear all the screaming women @ Shea Stadium even though we didn’t live close to the ballpark). The British Invasion (music), the change in media (deregulation of media companies) and the entertainment industry were definitely the beginning of the rebellion. I was “a Hippie” which at first was a peace-loving movement but then quickly progressed to “sex, drugs and rock ‘n roll” and you could hear the change in the music.
Although us Boomers did eventually grow older and kind of succumbed to some of the societal ways of our parents (but not all), we were just the beginning of the rebellion. Since then, we see the continuous crumbling of society’s morals with each passing generation — once again, all heavily influenced by the media, entertainment and music industries.
The is not a 1-2-3 takeover of the minds, but an insidious cancer, slow growing but extremely powerful. Very soon there will be a generation that completely falls for all their lies and thus the end of society as we know it.
