I think it’s interesting that Europeans have whitewashed history for years including Christianity and Egyptian history but NOW it’s a problem? This is purely a power play not anything new.
If it’s ever a problem, it’s always a problem. Two wrongs don’t make a right. Also, what’s happening NOW matters infinitely more than what happened two hundred or two thousand years ago. The authorities in our authoritarian regime are creating an out group to scapegoat, while sending out their propagandized drones to blame shift using the flawed argument that past racism justifies current racism against people that were not responsible in any way for the past racism. Wrong is wrong and judgment is coming sooner than anyone thinks.
When you’re still benefiting from the systems and processes that your ancestors put in place, it’s your responsibility to acknowledge the issue and work on dismantling the racist systems that still work against Black people in the US… not to pretend it’s not still a problem!

Open your eyes. The people that have wronged African Americans and EVERYONE ELSE control blm, antifa, the Democratic Party, the organized left, a large chunk of the Republican Party, cultural marxists, and the political and cultural controllers of most of the other countries around the world. They fed you the cultural marxist propaganda to control you. Ideology puts you into a box and limits your responses and behavior. That’s why your only response has been to accuse me of racism. It’s programming. If I was programmed, I’d be angry at the programmers, not the people trying to help me by pointing it out. They program people to set us apart, to atomize us, so we can not combine together and stop their agendas and power. Identity politics is one of their many tricks. The system is working against every color most especially the light skins right now you just name one “white” college, or grant, white government kiss a*s program, please show me. Every European living here for a few years that comes here with a mind to educate people about tolerance gets shocked because they find out it was all a load of advertisement programming poo and opposite of what they heard. There’s no excuse to be so racist against light skinned people. Even “black” people are on average 35 percent “white/Jewish” mixed with the masters they were sold to by their own people. They can hate themselves being their own slave master great great great grandpas and the tribe leader selling them. They need to kneel to themselves as they are more slave master than the average brainless “cracker” kneeling like idiots at every chance they get to let everyone know they are anti racist by being racist.
You’re so involved, why don’t you find the nearest black/dark skinned whatever you want to call them as long as they aren’t lighter than you and just kiss their shoes. Go on, kneeling is weak sauce. There have been Africans in England for agessss. They are just finally getting representation. This is not news, have been reading about this for 20+ years. Africans in Early Europe is an interesting read, and there is a good book on Black people in Elizabethan England but I cant recall the name. Recent archaeological finds show this goes further back than we thought. It is not a big deal. – signed, (white) Brit

Just so you all know the little mermaid had silver hair, porcelain skin, blue eyes and turned into sea foam. This is obviously blackwashed but apologists will say it’s racist to notice the obvious.
What a pity that black people don’t have a history worth retelling. If your history is so unremarkable that you need to appropriate the stories of others, you might want to reflect on that. And if there are black histories worth retelling, why are you settling for sloppy seconds from white people? If I were black, I’d demand films about African kings and queens. Anne Boleyn in blackface isn’t quite the plum role it’s made out to be.
The thing is it’s not black people doing this, it’s woke white people who are are doing this blackwashing. Most of the outcry against The Woman King, for instance, came from African-American people. (I know that isn’t an example of blackwashing, but it’s in the same wheelhouse.)
