Maui Police Chief John Pelletier said urban search and rescue teams have “completed 100% of their area.” Yet, they still are unable to calculate or to comment on how many lives were ripped from existence that day.
The police chief looks like a craggy, gleeful thing, look at his eyes. The one behind him looks chronically drugged and the woman is there for an additional human sadness -hers is the only one somewhat believable.
