Blackrock wants native land in Maui. Celebrity homes are not destroyed; yet, the next day native locals are receiving calls from realtors wanting to buy their land. Lahaina was once the Capitol of the Kingdom of Hawaii. They had a King who presided over the land until they were annexed by the US and the Capitol was moved to Honolulu. Hawaii is a strategic area in the Pacific.

I read that as well. Developers trying to land grab. It is an inside job from government.
