*Mind Blown* would be curious to who bankrolled this legal madness.
I recently read a similar article re: a YMCA and it appears that people wanting to game these scenarios are being coached, to include being provided with legalease as the initial threat should any org consider pushing back. So, I’d imagine these same LGBT groups doing the coaching are the frontline financiers.
The judge should be disbarred for aiding and abetting a criminal!
The sorority should appeal. It’s a private organization well within its Rights to reject even real biological women, more so with fakers
Another article on this stated that the judge ruled this way because the sorority voted to allow transgenders to have carte blanche and that it is their right of association. So it’s the alums who don’t have to deal with this anymore throwing their own young under the bus.
It’s wrong on so many levels.
