A TRUE true emergency kit should have bandages, gauze, tourniquet, tape, whistle, knife, survival rations, etc. What his “emergency kit” assumes is that the only likely emergency is his daughter being either loose with her morals or being **ped. Judging by his Twitter, he is likely in support of many of the laws that vary between turning a blind eye and encouraging child sexualization, which would directly increase his daughter’s chances of needing this “emergency kit.” Either he is oblivious, or as one Twitter user tangentially noted, cutting out the middle man and pimping her himself.

This is total predator. The narcan is there to revive if they accidentally od in their drugging to rape children. Then, if the child ends up pregnant, they can test and terminate themselves.
No evidence, and the child is a “druggie” (read, unreliable witness IF they are able to recall the attack). So sad, everybody winks and shrugs.
