You’ll eat your bugs when you get hungry enough.

Not I; we have our own gardens, chickens and goats. If you don’t want to be subject to their demands, you just have to be independent and resourceful on your own. We won’t be eating any bugs at our house.

Problem is they are looking to outlaw farms, gardens and livestock because of the bogus carbon footprint claims. Farmers are under attack worldwide. They will go under and the nwo will buy the foreclosed farms ala bill gates. They will control the food supply and keep the populace weak with bugs, genetically modified vegetables with whatever vaccine they want in them, and lab grown meat with whatever they want to put in them.
They are looking to outlaw home gardens. The US is currently encouraging people to register their gardens. Don’t!
They want full control of the food supply which means full control of the populace.

Exactly randall, and in addition, when these times of food scarcity come, do you really think @vievie , @paul a hungry population will let you eat in peace? How many people are you planning to kill defending your chickens?

@Origami ~ actually, if it comes down to having to defend our livestock and gardens, we are well prepared and stocked to do that. Self-defense is a big part of being self-sufficient, and my husband is an expert marksman with a sizeable stock of the necessary tools, maintained in a safe that’s twice the size of me.

I’m not saying we could survive any eventuality that could possibly happen ~ asteroid hits the east coast, we’re probably goners ~ but then, we won’t be eating bugs in that case either, will we?

Why so defeatist? You don’t have to just bow down and take their crap, you know.

So Vievie you and your husband are ready to kill a human being to defend your livestock?!!! what makes you different from satanists?
The elites are preparing society for real world hunger games, and they need people to think the way you do…..

@Origami : Yes, that’s correct ~ at my home we are prepared to defend our family against attacks and theft. If you think that makes us satanists, I dunno what to tell you. Enjoy your life as a slave, I guess?

Vievie- I love where your head is at- we should all be so prepared. Most people shudder at the mere though of having to raise/cultivate their own food, or having to stand up to government goons & get their hands bloody. Sadly, that times coming & it’s coming I’d say within the next 5 years. “They” (NWO/WEF, Illuminati, Deep State, Khazarian Mafia, Military Industrial Cabal, Rothschild Banking Dynasty, Luciferian Globalists, etc etc etc) are going to be instructing their underlings in government to crack down on any & all self-sufficient preppers because yeah, they want to control everything. “They” have been told by their master (yes, ‘they’ answer to someone else, believe it or not, he’s known as the “Black Pope,” few people realize he is the #1 most powerful man on Earth, and he takes orders from only one other- an individual that goes by many names- Satan, Lucifer, Moloch, Mammon, Beezlebub, the Devil, just to name a few !

What’s going on currently was foretold thousands of years ago to the apostle John on the island of Patmos- it’s called Revelation- and yes, we ARE living in what’s known as the “end times.” So I think that it’s very important to prep, have plenty of food & supplies on hand for WHEN the SHTF, but it’s more important to prep yourself SPIRITUALLY. Because none of us are getting out of here alive & unharmed, Jesus is the ONLY way out of this literal hell-hole. God bless, stay safe, and BE READY.

If anybody wants to prevent me from eating, and therefore, living, then their life is forfeit.

But what is your alternative? Eat all the genetically modified food that the powers that be demand you eat? Be sick and dependent on the government for everything? Be a slave? Die? No, I will die a free man before I eet zee bugz.

@randall ~ I saw that FDA website where they’re asking people to “register” their home gardens! They must think we’re insane. Reminds me of Japan during WWII when the government demanded all the produce from farms, so they could redistribute it as rations ~ as they saw fit.

Our little homestead is likely too small for anyone to bother with, but there are also ways one can mask a greenhouse or animal pen, when necessary, and to have necessary supplies such as fuel and food and ammunition always at hand.

Also, it helps to live in a like-minded neighborhood. All of our neighbors are resourceful and independent, so we’d ban together should a high need of protection ever arise. My husband has already reached out to the other neighboring properties to discuss such alliances. Of course, hopefully it won’t ever come to that. But I’m not just going to sit around like a hopeless sitting duck, no matter what the odds may be.

Where wi you get the seed to feed the livestock when they ban it or heavily regulate it?

@rick : Chickens eat nearly anything, from insects to sunflower seeds to table scraps. Vegetables grown in a garden can be easily harvested for seeds for the next year’s planting (so long as they are heirloom and haven’t had the reproductive process bred out of them). It’s not difficult at all to learn some basic self-sufficiency.

Nope. That’s why I have chickens. They can eat the bugs, then I’ll eat their eggs, as well as the produce from my garden.

When all your gardens, goats, chickens, dogs, cats, moo cows, squirrels, ducks, etc. are dead … you will eat the bugs.

That makes no sense. If all the plants and animals are dead, it’s likely we will be too. Until then, no bug eating in my house. Well, except for my boy-cat ~ he loves to snarf on the occasional moth who makes it in the front door. 😉

They have alternatives to replace a normal diet.
Lab grown meat, genetically modified everthing, and bugs.
A weak populace is easily controlled.

I guess you think that you’ll be eating at five star restaurants. Everybody gets wet in a tsunami dude. And a whole bunch of those drown because they never learned to swim.

Go watch a tsunami video and see if swimming can help. No chance!

In every tsunami, some people survive. Who do you think those people are ~ those who trained and prepared, or those who were weak, unskilled, and defeatist? Even if my odds are only 1%, I don’t intend to go down without fighting for my family and my beliefs.
