Dutch TV shows naked trans adults to children

So sad. It brings thoughts of this strange time in my life which I will share with you.

I remember I was a “big” in the program big brother’s big sisters. The mom did this strange thing where she was fattening up her children. Putting rules where if they didn’t eat more more more then they’d get punished in different ways.

The kind of thing where many people would say “Oh there’s nothing wrong with that” but it was surely abusive. The kids were gaining miserable amounts of weight. I was a big for 3 years for one of the children, and I tried so much. I tried to reason with the mom to no avail, I even tried to report the parent, but nothing came of it other than getting gaslit.

For all those years, the mom would tell the children “Once you are old enough (16) and I sign for your surgery (stomach banding) then you’ll be able to do anything you want. You will feel great. You will be attractive. Your life will be better.”

My “little sister” and I got along really well. We had many good times together. But for this part of life, I tried to tell my “little” that she did not need to do it. That she was beautiful and could do anything she wanted as she stood today, and that she can at least try to tell her mother no. Unfortunately I watched her as she tried to tell her mother no, and get punished. As she tried to exercise or take walks and got shut down by her mom.

Then when she hit 16, she got the stomach banding, and still weighed a lot, and that was OK but I felt it was so strange, so surreal, so unnecessary. It all felt that way, the whole time. (I knew her from 9yrs old til 17yrs old) Why would the mom want to put her children through all of this?

The closest my friends and I could come up with was some kind of mental illness where the mother wanted to make the children have a problem so that she could “save them”.

We left the program with each other on a good note. I asked her if I’d helped her in any way. She kind of shrugged and said “I didn’t join a gang.” It’s many years later now, and I have tried to find her since and couldn’t, but I’m sure she’s doing well now. She’s a good kid and she has a good head on her shoulders, and many kids have been through much worse, but it will always stay in the recesses of my memory that adults just mess with children in the strangest ways.

The memory hit me from watching this. They are telling the kids “Once you get your breasts cut off you can have euphoria.” Oh, sweet sweet euphoria after going under the scalpel. Why are they teaching children this? It seems abusive at best, and evil at the core.
