They actually made changes which significantly reduced the agencies response to the chemical spill and minimised it’s harmful effects recognises in US government policy. That is, they increased the threshold for legal toxicity by 100 fold in order to minimise their own response as required by law under disaster emergency response Protocalls.
It speaks to a planned intentional mass sabatoge (internal government warfare on citizens) of the area and central US distribution chains, which by upping the thresholds for action would then not the require CDC action, as is the case in “public health emergencies,” and thus reduce public knowledge and awareness of the event.

@444gem I agree that the typical employee in the med-tech-cartel is just following orders. Actually, all sectors of society are filled with such folks. Humanity has largely accepted the “proto call,” decade after decade, generation after generation.
