Guessing, but it looks to me like the Golden Gate Bridge. In red (blood, sacrifice).

The logo also resembles a stretched ribbon, which I’m sure is the single meaning given to the profane – it is the AIDS ribbon (stretched into the bridge strictly for location recognition) representing those lost in the early days of that disease (they’ve done poignant portraits to this effect and I don’t discount that grief or tribute in any way).
One last thought, it also looks a bit like a dancing ribbon stick. They have been traditionally used in many cultures throughout history for various reasons, some fertility (umbilical cord) but the Chinese reference is most interesting as they were used as a way to mesmerize and bind a dragon that had been decimating an entire empire and eating all the men. The tie-in here to music and movement and ancient spirituality seems intentional – the bridge aspect could have been better represented without giving this appearance.

So I’ll add another thought, I know there is historical significance as well as an illuminati presence of victims having red ribbons around their neck, or a red ribbon around a neck signifying being a victim/killed by guillotine.
