‘Suicides’ while in the military mean that the military does not have to pay benefits to the dead soldiers or their families. Suicides and dishonorable discharges save the federal government a lot of money. That is why military psychiatrists receive money for prescribing medications that cause suicides or by diagnosing ‘personality disorders’ that commanders then use to justify dishonorable discharges.
That’s false. DoD will pay SGLI benefits to servicemembers families, even if the service member committed suicide. They also will still get a funeral, with honors, and can be buried in a VA cemetery. What occurs after an apparent suicide is what is known as a Line of Duty investigation. Line-of-duty investigations have been mandated since 1966 for self-inflicted death or injury. Until 1980, the legal presumption was that “every person is sane and intends the natural and probable consequences of his acts” and that suicide was not in the line of duty. But after 1980 that changed due to societal shifts in perception of Mental Health issues. sometimes the benefits won’t be given out if say the death was due to a game of russian roullette and can be chalked up to poor judgment and not a mental health issue like depression or PTSD. I spent over 20 years in the military.
The real issue here is that soldiers are serving a morally corrupt and morally vacant government and being told absolutely ludicrous and factually tenuous things and they are then being told to embody things like loyalty and honor to a system that lacks those qualities and contradicts itself every other minute through out the day.
Servicemembers are told: Men are women and women are men and sexuality doesn’t matter at all unless sexuality is all that matters and your truth is not my truth and my truth is THE truth if I fall into the right category. These are young people completely tethered to an untethered reality. Bound in service to a system that is utterly vapid, corrupt and self-flagellating. Its basically hell, right here on earth for service members right now. Completely divorced from God and divorced from The Truth.

Two in whatever span of days in close proximity should raise questions. Three, major concerns…you have a trend. Four…? You are on the back foot now.
