I loved this show when I was a kid but not sure if I ever noticed this character and Illuminati and witchy symbolism in her room, or Arthur’s “lucky” pencil.

Shows up in Disney’s Gravity Falls as well, but in that case it is an actual demon.
Bill Cipher – An interdimensional demon that can be summoned and released into a person’s mind. He resembles a one-eyed yellow triangle superficially similar to the Eye of Providence that wears a top hat and a bow tie. He serves as the main antagonist of the series.
I watched that for awhile and just got bad vibes from it. It has some good, comedic writing but it puts me in a bad or edgy mood.
One theory exists for ‘Arthur’ that this character’s father is a Freemason. He rarely if ever appears in the show and with all the pyramid, all seeing eyes, etc business in their house, it makes sense. Her sister is also a “mystic” , with both interested in fortune telling and the “supernatural”. There are also crystals and tribal masks hanging in her room, plus that giant 6?
So in other words my question is – which writer/producer/director/artist etc on this show was basing this off of their life or reality somehow? Who is it a tribute to or is it purely desensitization? Pretty random – except that we know it is not.
I would look at one of the main producers of the show ,Michael Hirsh.
Look at his other shows: Clone High, Committed, Blaster’s Universe, Johnny Test, Arthur, Caillou, Will and Dewitt, Spider Riders, World of Quest, Magi-Nation, Strawberry Shortcake’s Berry Bitty Adventures, Strawberry Shortcake, and The Magic School Bus.
He seems to be deep into only childrens shows that are indoctrination into magic, dark occult, freemasonry etc.
