Titanium Dioxide is present in a lot of soaps and deodorants as well which people use every day. Why doesn’t anyone say anything about that?
The wording of this is very telling to me. The company’s “promise” to phase out titanium dioxide? So I take it they had their fingers crossed behind their backs?
If they were proven to be manufacturing dangerous products, they should have been legally prevented from continuing that practice. What in the world?
There’s no such thing as legal prevention of dangerous substances in this country because the legal system Is the enabler and vehicle by which they are delivered.
You are correct, of course. My intention was just to point out how ridiculous it is that a company can simply promise to stop a harmful practice, and apparently their word is good enough.
