Dude! I had watched this clip a couple of times long ago, but it was such poor quality that I didn’t even realize what was right in Plainview. I nearly puked in my mouth when I saw this! Lol!

The WEF, leftist groups, Western governments, tech corps, and the CCP pay people to run troll bot farms to post inflammatory comments, track individuals posting on targeted websites, attempt to shape opinions/discourage discussions through posting/voting, etc. VC/VL is being targeted. Most websites that notice the insanity going on in the world are targeted, along with most individuals that notice. We live in a world governed by evil people with few real limitations.

Well, it’s good to consider all the hypotheses that you can before coming to a conclusion. One hypothesis is that this video has been carefully altered. Another is that she’s dangling something from the drawstrings, possibly to purposely feed this hysteria about her being a man. A third hypothesis can be gathered from the quote, below.
A paragraph from pg. 94 of the book, All Manner of Men, by John M. Allegro:

Another hypothesis is that, since there were many folds of fabric waving around in other places in her pants’ crotch, which were obviously not caused by her protruding body parts, the one repeatedly shown in this video is, like the others, merely due to the way the fabric moves.
If you take any normal sight or sound, and view or listen to it an abnormally large number of times, it will often start to look or sound unusual. The video repeatedly showing the same wave in the fabric, and especially with close-ups, might be causing you to see what is normal as abnormal.
