How Millennials Are Aging Faster | Fraser Eye (www.frasereye.com)

They said depression and crappy jobs contribute to the bad aging. I can definitely relate to this considering I recently turned 23 and feel more worse and sad then I ever felt in my life. Millennials and generation Z are expected to die off from health issues at a much younger rate too. I already have the chronic health issues that possibly will shorten my lifespan.

What do you think?

Yeah, must be quite depressing to be gen z or millennial. Even being the latter part of gen x has been depressing.

I had the disguised good fortune to have chronic health problems in my early 20s too, which I learned to heal on a shoestring budget.

I am happy to share all I’ve learned to anyone interested in healing their physical body, so please inquire if you feel so inclined.

Check out the Proper Human Diet by Dr. Ken Berry on YouTube.
My 20+ years of earnest nutrition experimentation and research brought me there.

Read the book Nutrition and Physical degeneration by Weston A. Price, free online. Then check out Cure Tooth Decay by Ramiel Nagel. These two resources helped me heal my own painful cavity in weeks and heal my son’s Dad’s many cavities from his 10-year venture as a raw vegan.

Teeth are the seat of health. If anyone has infections under their teeth, they’re going to have major problems in the body. The ayurvedic practice of oil pulling is an extremely valuable way to remove infections under the teeth and detox the body in a gentle way. Unrefined sesame oil is cheap and dentists become unnecessary with this practice.

Get rid of all seed oils, get rid of pasteurized milk, get rid of all refined sugars, and get rid of even natural sugars if you really want to get healthy.

Fiber is unnecessary and too much causes harm. Grains are pleasant peasant food and cause damage. Vegetables are way less nutritious and relevant than we’ve been taught to believe. Oxylates from grains and vegetables can cause chronic health conditions in many people, myself included!

Maximizing nutrition while minimizing blood sugar fluctuations is a key component of health.

Eating ENOUGH high quality fat is also a key component of health. I feel best when my diet is 80% fat and 20%.

Feel free to ask specific questions. I love talking about this.

To heal the body from chronic illness, animal fat and animal meat ought to be the primary components of the diet.

Grains, vegetables and fruits *can* be eaten but will slow down healing. If the detox reaction is too severe, it can be helpful and even necessary to slow it down to a comfortable pace.

Main goal for healing chronic illness is to stay in ketosis, as this prevents excess blood sugar – the culprit of a hailstorm of problems in the body.

Those with a healthy body can take more liberties with their diet – eat more grains, veggies, fruits, raw honey – whatever. However, it’s important to recognize that these elements are “extras” for personal pleasure instead of fundamental ingredients in a healthy diet.

“To heal the body from chronic illness, animal fat and animal meat ought to be the primary components of the diet.”

I seriously doubt this. I don’t support animal eating and humans have never in their long history survived based on meat. Good luck with cholesterol levels.

I mean solely on meat, it was not common. A mixed diet is more healthy.

Awesome that you’re posting these books! Excellent resources, especially Weston price for all subjects. I would add John Sarno’s books are a must read and also World Without Cancer.

Yes. Ken Berry is fab. During COVID I started eating meat, reducing carbs etc..my concentration, focus and energy levels are the best they’ve been all my life.

Also there is existential threat to every generation. Go offline, get outside and talk to normal people.

All is not lost. Do not go gentle into that good night. Especially at 23. It is mindset. Don’t fall into victimhood – that WILL kill you.

One type of eating does not work for everyone. People are built completely different especially different races and blood groups though they are telling you otherwise. For example a certain race in Alaska have the ability to live off meat and rich animal fat entirely, while other races would not be able to do that.

Well, these “millennials” are the biggest pushers of poison/”vaccines.” That says it all.

Really? If it’s true then it’s because they are the biggest consumers of media, mass media. Also, I guess when you’re young you’re easily influenced by agendas that are pushed by those in power. I remember a time when the youth used to rebel against the mass norm. Now even that is too much effort for them. Just my opinion

The younger generation seems to have a deep sense of mortality and the temporary aspects of life. I’m 42 and my man is 34. I tried sticking to my age, but men in their 40’s often have so much to prove and end up being a “surface” person. My love actually learned from life mistakes and has compassion and respect for the world around him. And it all came from healing deep trauma.

Technology. Plain and simple.
You have 3 year olds watching cell phones all day. All teenagers on the phone. Adults on the phone. Computers. 5-6G.

People use to work harder and live longer.
I guess sitting in your a$$ with technology kills you faster. 🤔

It’s because the world has never been so saturated in toxic poisons. The air, water and earth are completely polluted. The food like products we’re fed are loaded with chemicals and low on nutrients. Add in the negative health effects of pharmaceutical medicine and of course life expectancy is going down. And then yes the media had reeked havoc on the mental state of most of the population. Not surprising at all.

Eating an organic, whole foods diet and avoiding the mainstream media are the most effective ways to achieve better health.

Not one person here has mentioned working out to achieve better health. If you’re a male, you should be lifting weights everyday, and doing some bodyweight work on some days unless you already have a physical job.
