They are born as humans with (usually) intact systems containing promise and instinctual reactions (plus they are, by virtue of innocent openness, overtly malleable). Of course this may be said, but it is also gross abuse, misuse, misleading and evilly selfish.
All offspring are born containing the full potential of the mature of their kind, but can we force seed or a shoot or sapling to bear fruit before its time? Can we force rabbits to produce kits before they are mature? Can you force any animal or plant to reproduce outside of its proper season?
