The clue is in the word, ‘Incorporated’. It is a legal fiction – essentially a dead entity, which has been, ’embodied’, by merchant law…which we have all been taught to accept and regard as real. But, ‘Legal’, and, ‘Lawful’, are two different things.
Most things, ‘Legal’, are not, ‘Lawful’, at all.
