I am curious to know how many former DoD work at these places. Lots of military intelligence/psychological warfare operators probably work at these locations. a lot of the DOD intelligence gets less scrutiny than CIA and FBI (which are both 100% civilian agencies)
of course someone who is former DOD is not necessarily former intel so it is easier to hide those people within the workforce.
It’s no wonder why these tech companies follow limited rules and laws. They’re funded for surveillance.
