Disney’s new Christmas series called Santa Clauses is receiving backlash after a scene in the movie depicts children holding signs reading “We Love You Satan”. The Santa Clauses is a new children’s tv series on Disney + and is a reboot of the film Santa Clauses starring Tim Allen.

Oh, so funny, so cute – it is an allusion to the movie “Hook” in which the signs held up by the pirates read, “RUN HOME, JACK!” – Captain Hook notices and alerts them of the error, and they startle and rearrange them to read, “HOME RUN, JACK!” but not before Jack notices enough to register the message, although he pushes it into the background of his mind as he’s still loving his newfound fame/attention.
This is obviously more sinister, but also showing the reality underlying the generational trick.
Maybe they meant to write Santa but the dyslexic prop guy got it wrong
